just went 3 days eating only 4 apples at meal time and one for if you get really hungry,have different apples as it gets repetitive eating only the same type.if you can find pure, organic apple juice/no additives and NO CORN SYRUP avoid concentrated kind its not the same.It will not get rid of the pimples unless done for weeks and with lots of sun and exercise and good hygiene. it does however reduce redness and will help to lose weight as well
